Chocolate cake This is me icing my chocolate cake. This was a fairly easy recipe but it was very tasty. Also it was made using a silicon cake pan which I got for Christmas.

When I made this stir fry I realised that I could help my Mum in the kitchen more.

MMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! meringues This was a tricky recipe but in the end it was worth the effort. Ingredients 4 large organic egg whites, at room temperature 115g caster sugar 115g icing sugar

Out of these cakes I preferred this one. I did not like this cake as much as the other because it was an eggless sponge.

Here are my marbled chocolate cupcakes I loved making these and adored the taste of them. They even looked like the ones in the book.

This is only a small selection of what I made for JASS. I made other things too like gammon in coke, pancakes, smoothies, etc. I now know the kitchen isn’t somewhere just for Mum and Dad!
