The life cycle of adelia penguin is interesting. Their babies are called chicks. The babies are brown and fluffy. Adelia penguins live up to 20 years. Did you know that adelia penguins lay two eggs each year? Adelia penguins homes are rocky. The life cycle of a adelia penguin is interesting. LIFE CYCLE

 Polar animals’ habitats are usually found in the coldest parts of the world. The adelia penguin lives in Antarctica.Adelia penguins nests is made out of rocks.Oh and did you know that adelia penguins sometimes steal rocks from other penguins nests because there are barely any rocks in Antarctica and the artic. The adelia penguin has a special polar diet. Adelia penguins are carnivores. They eat fish like pilchards, sardines, anchovies, squid and shrimp like crustaceans. Their predators are foxes, pampas cats and armadillos. Adelia penguins predators try to steel baby's from penguins. The penguin most likely slash it’s razor sharp bill. It’s weight is about eleven pounds. What the adelia penguin eats helps it survive. DIET

A adelia penguin’s appearance is very unique. Adelia penguins bellies are white and they have black backs. Also then feathers at the base of its bill are white. They have a ring around its eyes. Their size is about 28 inches 71 centimeters. Their covering is black, blue, gray and white. They use wings as flippers. The way a adelia penguin looks helps it for the habitat that it lives in.
