Learning and Creating. Having a really insightful English teacher in 10 th and 11 th grade. Moved back to FL after living in New York and lived away from immediate family for a while. Being asked to record music in Nashville. Being “whipped into shape” by a math teacher.

Learning and Creating. (cont.) Being frustrated at not having the drive to progress as a photographer. Building a small building for his church. Writing blurbs and stories. Built a mini-ramp.

Visions For The Future of The Class. “Class excels in PowerPoint. Can teach community through pictures.” “Class develops new algorithm with MS Excel.” “Students learn about selves, eachother in local college class.”

Stories. Taught a young kid to ride a bike. Crashed into an orange tree. Showed kids how to do stuff at the skate park. Figured out that you can’t read when you’re dreaming. Taught a busload of people all about String Theory.

Root Causes of Success. A willingness to learn and teach. Understanding others that you work with. The support of parents and church. Father’s support.
