Temperature conversions
C to F 1.Open excel 2. In cell "A1" type in "Celsius“ 3. In cell "B1" type in Fahrenheit 4. Since we are converting to celsius we will put our formula in there. So in cell "A2" type in the formula of: =(5/9)*(B2-32) B2 represents the fahrenheit value that you will enter.
C to F 5. Hit the enter key. The value it should show is a negative value, that is because you have not entered a fahrenheit value yet. 6. Type the value 32 into cell "B2". 7. Hit the enter key. 8. Your celsius value should now be 0, which is the freezing point of water.freezing
F to C 1. Open excel 2. In cell "A1" type in "Celsius“ 3. In cell "B1" type in "Fahrenheit" 4. In cell "B2" type in the formula that converts celsius to fahrenhiet. The formula is written as: =(9/5)*A2+32
F to C 5. Currently the value defaults to 32 as it reads the value under celsius, in this case a blank cell, as zero. Enter a new value in cell "A2" to see what the Fahrenheit equivalent is.
C to K 1. Open excell 2. Put the celsius down add 273 for Kelvin
