Mrs. Flunker’s 2 nd Grade Hillcrest Elementary School SP2011 Shawano, WI Boys- 10 Girls- 6 Mrs. Flunker has been Teaching for 22 yrs., and 2 nd grade for the last two years. She has never used an I-pod in class before.

4 children per group 2 children on I-pod 2children with books Students were instructed 1-Choose an appropriate reading level book and read. 2-Switch after 7 minutes. 3- Before leaving center Students discussed Preferred reading method. I-pod was previously Downloaded with Dr. Seuss books, as well as other age appropriate books.

1 st read aloud book “Today was good. Today was fun. Tomorrow is another one.” (Dr. Seuss)
