Background information International - Barents Rescue 2007 Evaluation: Attention shall be paid to: Ensuring the request for assistance Minimizing the transportation distance Using the available material the most efficient way National - Lapland cold protection survey 2006: 77 % of Lapland’s municipalities can respond to cold protection and logistics in accidents with more than 30 patients 55% of Lapland’s municipalities can respond to cold protection and logistics in accidents with more than 80 patients However, the mobilizing of the equipment is problematic!
