Metropolitan University College has a long experience of exchange programs for internationalization. Dalarna University has been successful adopting new technologies and strategies for E- learning. Our challenge is to assure quality and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of teaching and learning online. Background EAIE
ERASMUS exchange students will be able to have web-based lectures, presentations and seminars during their exchange periods. Aim for the project EAIE

During spring 2013 we have shared the Course "Intercultural Health Care and Welfare" Modules+in+english/Nursing Modules+in+english/Nursing For our exchange students in both Denmark and Sweden through the program Adobe Connect. The students have evaluated that they learn from sharing experiences across borders. Content EAIE
The challenge has been to establish the techinal support which is quiet expensive to inform and educate teachers students to feel comfortable using the technical procedures Challenges EAIE

That universities across borders work together in planning intercultural courses for exchange students. It means that universities with less international activity can benefit from universities with a higher activity level The students can participate and enhance intercultural awareness and cross-cultural knowledge and skills even if they don´t attend the same university.
