INITIATING - Examine possibilities of success of this proposal DEFINING - Describe outcomes of this programme DRAFTING - Create A3 poster PLANNING - Ask members to carry on the program - Divide position for facilitators -Plan the palace that is accommodated this program IMPLEMENTING – Making some questions for the participants - Making an announcement and Date TABULATING – Arranging the pictures and the data ANALYZING – Organizing data concisely for participants DISCUSSION – Estimate strength of learning that students perfumed in week four The Use of Multiple Intelligences Theory To Teach Reading and Writing Autistic Somali Students Statement of the Problem & Proposal Assumptions of the Study Statement of the Thesis Background & Urgency of the Problem Autism students are suffering from loneliness Autism students did not get full rights from the government Autism students can learn different ways from others In three weeks, I will create A3 poster information with Five pictures in Somali and English that shows 3 ways of teaching autistic students 2 hours a day (Abbott, 2013) for Somali government to help students who have autism problem (McKenzie, 1993) therefore, Autistic students will have an ability to engage with environment which is surrounding to them, and to overcome this problem along within four weeks (Gorman,2008).Abbott, 2013McKenzie, 1993Gorman,2008 Each picture display on poster can help students to improve their ability of thinking. Walter McKenzie theory of Multiple intelligence(Walter McKenzie, 1993) can help students.Walter McKenzie, 1993 Somali students who have problem with autism, slow learner, and dependent learner problem can use 2 hours a day in Somali and English poster that shows 5 pictures with 3 ways of teaching these students to engage with environment which is surrounding to them, these 3 ways are Use Task Analysis, keep your language simple, Avoid using sarcasm for about four weeks. Said Ismail Abdullahi, Xawaadle villige, 150 street, G05 SHL1013 Professional English (14December 2013) Theoretical Background Theoretical Application Proposed Poster Design “Multiple Intelligences Theory posits that there are seven ways people understand in the world and they are Linguistic, Logical-Mathematical, Visual-Spatial, Body- Kinesthetic, Musical-Rhythmic, Interpersonal, Intrapersonal” ( McKenzie, 1993). McKenzie, 1993 In week 1, the creating of a poster stages, words and pictures of a poster must be presented near each other for the students to learn and follow instructions Simple instruction can activate students to provide the posters in Week 3 and to start the program in Week 4 Making simple questions which examine the students whether they understand steps or not Methodology Projected Challenges & Solutions References About the Writer Timeline & Implementation Strategy Week 1 - Design a poster Week 2 - Give the poster to facilitators to revise the whole poster Week 3 – Beginning the Program(All participants will acquire to read instructions which are on the tentative letter ) Week 4 – Examine students to estimate their strength of learning Careless: Somali government ignored autistic students in terms of education, it seems to them simple thing but its disadvantage is bigger then its appearance. Solution: Asking NHOs to help Autistic students by using two factors of multiple intelligence theory which are logic smart and intrapersonal, those two factors help us to come up with this idea.
