May A meeting was called by Louis XVI in the Versailles with estates- generals to discuss and agree to a new tax plan. The tax plan caused the poor people to suffer and some also died. Some of the poor children were servants for the rich people and they only earned little money. During those days the poor suffered badly and most of them died. The Tax Meeting
