Background Information Dino is 27 years old. Born in Canada of Italian heritage. He is a graduate of Seneca College’s 3 year Marketing Program

Before Seneca College Considered a career in Computer Studies or Computer Networking. Friends persuaded him not to go into computers claiming that it is a “dying industry”

Seneca College Admits Seneca College’s courses helped him develop the skills that are beneficial to starting his career.

Seneca Courses Effective Presentations Helped him develop confidence in presenting in front of large audience. Ability to answer questions effectively and efficiently.

Additional Courses Has not taken any additional courses after graduation. If he has the chance he will take courses related to sales.

Rating Seneca Stars out of five

Duration to find Employment It took approximately 4-5 months after graduation to find a job. He suggested: we should start now!

First Job After College Bailey Metal Products Was not a Marketing related job. Company needed someone working in administration. Stayed at the job for 3 years

Current Job - MIFAB Marketing Related Outside Sales Representative Worked there 3 months so far Benefits: Health, Dental, Prescriptions, pays for courses related to the job.

Company Background Started in the early 1980’s Prior to supplying plumbing products, the company specialized in the filtering of oil and grease from water that are used in restaurants. The company began specializing in plumbing equipment in 1999.

MIFAB Is a company that imports plumbing supplies from overseas, China & Korea. Products include: Roof drains & Counter tops.

Useful Courses that he would relate to his job position Learn how to find prospects, and problem solving courses Sales courses helped him improve his selling skills. Presentation courses allowed him to be more confident and address questions in a proper manner.

Goals 5 years from now… He wants to work for the company in the US Market, because of its larger size. Opportunities for more money and growth.
