Housing Programs 100% financing for new and existing homes Guaranteed Home Loans –Work with local lenders –No monthly mortgage insurance –No maximum purchase price Direct Home Loans –Work with Rural Development –Low and very low income limits –Fixed below market interest rates Not just for first time homebuyers
