Morven Park Primary School SCHOOL COUNCIL

What does it do? School council in Year 6 will meet with the Mr Watson to sort out problems and discuss new ideas School council will meet every 2 weeks to talk about new ideas

What is a school council? Our school council want to help make the school even better A school council needs to know what other children think Our school council has its own display board outside Mr Watson’s office

-Meeting regularly -Not being too big -Everyone having a chance to talk and listen -Doing things to help school What makes a good school council?

Do they get anything done? What did our school council achieve last academic year? -Pirate ship, cannon and new signs in playground - Playground collaborative art mural - Flag pole competition School councils can change lots of things School councils can have great new ideas
