How a Project is Developed

Project Priorities are developed annually. Two public workshops were held on May 19 and 20, Two TPO and advisory committee workshops were on May 27 and June 25, Comments received from the workshops are listed in the agenda enclosure. Background

Project Priority Methodology Capacity Projects Bicycle/Pedestrian Related Projects Same as last year, TPO’s 2035 Long Range Transportation Plan. Completed projects are removed from the list, projects scheduled for construction in first three years are moved to the committed list and new projects are placed at the end of the priority list. Community Redevelopment Agency projects provided by Panama City Beach. Department of Defense project provided by Tyndall Air Force Base.

New rankings for Transportation Alternatives projects are being ranked by TPO staff based on criteria adopted by the TPO in April New projects for Transportation System Management ranked based on TPO approved criteria. Project Priority Methodology
