Community Focus  Promote active participation for all community members.  Incorporate the diverse interests and cultures of in the community development process.  Seek funds to streamline membership and donor databases.  Make UNAA a sustainable organization for generations to come and to be formidable nationally and internationally.  Enhance groups, youth and leadership capacity of UNAA community members  Work to establish a UNAA Think Tank comprised of community members to periodically view a range of issue, within the community and provide solutions.

Strengths  Knowledge of not-for profit business operations and work processes with the ability to use this knowledge when consulting across the board and local affiliated organizations.  Ability to manage and lead projects with little supervision and provide status updates to members and the executives  Proven ability to influence others from grassroots and to build trusting relationships with members and peers.  Outstanding ability to develop strategic and tactical plans from a concept.  Outstanding ability to develop an integrated, cross organizational project plan.  Creativity in gathering and analyzing data for pinpointing possible problems and provide possible solutions.  Strong communications and presentation skills, and ability to summarize and concisely share key project information to all levels of the organization.
