Who We Are Child Discovery Centre (CDC) is a children’s home for street and destitute children in Nakuru town and Murogi slum. It is administered by the De La Salle Brothers in Kenya.

Background Information After observing how the children were suffering and thirsty for education, Fr. Joseph, a Comboni missionary priest in Kenya, assisted in putting up the current building that children are occupying today. All CDC’s children were taken to public schools nearby and subsequently CDC became a home for those who didn’t have a place to lay down their head. Christian Faith Every child at CDC has to undergo catechetical instruction and after which he or she is baptized.

Mass Children celebrate mass twice a month at CDC and all Sundays in the parish.
