Having workers and supervisors perform observations, provide positive reinforcement, and identify barriers. Tip # 10 Use BBS and impress your peers, safety counterparts, supervisors and managers. You know the lingo! You know the lingo! You leverage off an existing program! You leverage off an existing program! You think outside the box! You think outside the box!
