Educational poverty is high, and spread disproportionately across our societies Despite the need for public education investment, we see consecutive spending cuts in a number of Member States

Male early school leaving rates are at least twice as high as those of women in CY, LV, LU, SI, PL and EE.

Those born abroad are on average twice as likely to leave the education and training system early when compared to native- born individuals.
