Breakfaast The most important meal of the day

It Is so important to eat Breakfast every day, because it gives you the energy needed for the day.If you eat it, you won’t be distracted in your classes, thanks to the calcium that the milk contains, the carbohydrates of the cereals and problably the vitamins that the fruits have: for example, the oranje juice has vitamin C Ok, you can see that the breakfast is so important, and now i’m going to show you the most important things that a breakfast MUST contain to give you the energy needed for you day.

The Milk Milk Is a very important member of breakfast because it gives you the calcium needed, for you, for your brain, for your bones…

The cereals Cereals are also a very important part of breakfast, because they contain carbohydrates that are also important for you.

The Fruits and the orange juice The fruits and the orange juice are the last thing that you need to have a complete breakfast every morning because the fruits have all kind of Vitamins and some of them are so Tasty!
