Isaiah Worsham I 10 th Grade Ms. Maharaj “MITA PORTFOLIO 2015”

›This is a motivational speech for English. The speech helped me to better my writing and speaking, and my delivering skills. This assignment was done over a three day period. Final product was a essay. English

›Skills exhibited through the work was writing and speaking skills. The project helped me with my writing mainly. It also greatly improved my delivering. I really did like doing it. It gave me a challenge to do. I wouldn’t do anything different I did my best for it. English Reflection

›This work sample is the String Art Project. It was turned in on 3/19/2015, to Mr. Willems. It connected to curriculum because we were learning shapes and line segments. This was individual work. We had a period of about a week and a half to complete the task. The final product was a project. Math

›It showed the shapes and connecting angles. I learned a bout forming a certain shape. And it made it more fun to go into the angle relationship lessons. It was hard honestly plotting the design then going to string it. I actually really liked it. Once you do it you get a strong feeling of accomplishment. I wish I would’ve did the stringing a little better. Math Reflection

›This is the final project for DMS, a sketch of a school we were going to create. It was completed 1/15/15, it was for Ms. Toy. It was connected to the curriculum through us using Photoshop. We were trying to become better using Photoshop. It was individual work. It was done within a period of a week. The final product was a image. Technology

›The work sample helps us to learn and understand the topic better. I learned how to better use Photoshop and the many tools on it. The goals of DMS was to become better with Photoshop, and this assignment really helped. The process of it was challenging. But I liked doing it and completed it. I would’ve tried to work harder at getting used to Photoshop. Technology Review

›This is a life has energy assignment. The assignment was completed 4/24/15. This was done for Ms. Maharaj class. It was connected to process of Cellular Respiration. It taught a very important process. It was individual work. It took me about a day to complete it. The final product was a packet. Biology

›The work sample gave me the ability to explain the Cellular Respiration Process. Completing the assignment I needed tutoring for Ms. Mahara. She explained the process thoroughly. The Process of Cellular Respiration is…. ›I liked doing the assignment. I became the King of Cellular Respiration. I would probably have tried to learn it earlier but I'm content. Biology Review

›This is a Spanish Audio/Video log entry. The assignment was completed and turned in 12/05/15, and it was turned in to Mr. Di Giordano. It connected to curriculum because it was understanding and learning Spanish at home. This is an individual assignment. This assignment is redone per P,R watching different Spanish videos(20min), and talking to people in Spanish(30min). The final product was a document. Elective

›The skills is exhibits is, that I'm speaking and watching Spanish at home. Everyday becoming more familiar with to topic, and work. Process of completing the assignment required me to record my data, and make sure I'm learning which more import. I learned the topics I looked up, and speaking with people in Spanish to get a better understanding of the language. I like doing the assignment even though it challenging looking for different topics. I wouldn’t necessarily change the topic but I would like to speak to new people in Spanish, maybe advanced people so I can better learn my pronunciation. Elective Reflection
