The children could plan and act out their own attempts to catch the moon. Children could freeze frame elements from the text and take photographs of each of these – they could be the stimulus for further discussion. Improvise dialogue as a flashback between a grandmother and grand child talking about how she tried to catch the moon. Children could undertake drama activities and place photographs of them into an ICT application, such as Voicethread, recording their thoughts, ideas and dialogue using the comment and voice recording tool.
