Profiles offered Associate Service Advisor- Graduates Associate Marketing Officer- Graduates Associate Spares-Graduates Associate Customer Relationship Officer- Graduates Associate Assistant Works Manager- Diploma Engineers

Structure of the Program Selected students will be undergoing the 3 months training program at the Company’s training centre for their respective roles. West & North zone candidates will be undergoing training at Nashik training centre & South zone candidates will be undergoing training at Hyderabad Training centre During the training candidates will be eligible for the salary Travel arrangements from candidate’s home town to training centre will be made by company At the time of training candidates will be provided stay accommodation for initial 7 days post which candidates will have to make their own accommodation. Post training candidates will be placed in their respective roles & regional zones

CTC Offered Graduates: Rs per annum Diploma Engineers: Rs per annum

Career Path for Graduates Graduates will be eligible for their next level of promotion after 3 years Ideally graduates should perform at least 3 different roles during the tenure for eg: from service advisor to marketing officer to spares Promotion will be depending upon the candidates performance & company requirements Ideal next level promotions will be : Assistant Works Manager, Spares In charge, Business Development Executive.

Career Path for Diploma Engineers Diploma Engineers will be eligible for their next level of promotion after 3 years Promotion will be depending upon the candidates performance & company requirements. Ideal next level promotions will be : Works Manager
