Time Check ins Collect ID & Lanyard 6:00 am (Sat & Sun) 3:30 pm (Friday) Concession: Set up stand (items, warmers, cooler with drinks & cashier) Gate: Set up table, chairs (3), wristbands & cashier Hospitality: Set up tables & food for breakfast Volunteer Check IN: Set up in gate with clipboard & IDs

Award Coordinator. Runner: Check in with computer operator and referee at 8:30 am (Sat & Sun. Friday 4:00 pm)

Job Descriptions  Concession: Sell & control money collected  Gate: Collect money, use wristbands. Remain in gate.  Timers: Arrive at 8:30 (4:00 pm Friday) at started tent. Take times and record them.  Hospitality: provide to officials & coaches. Pass out drinks and snacks to timers, referees and coaches.  Volunteer Check IN: Remain in gate. At 8:30. (4:00 pm Friday) assign lane lines for timers, hand out timers, pencils and clipboards.

Job Descriptions  Award Coordinator: 4 hours POST swim meet. Coordinate with Karin in office. Print labels with results, stick on medals, file on SOFLO swimmers folders & distribute in envelops for teams.  Meet Marshal: Make sure nobody but swimmers are behind the blocks and timers and there is no running or horse play on pool deck.  Runner: “currier” and communication between computer operator, referees & officials.  Team Image: Maintain pool deck garbage free Check locker rooms for toilet paper and refill as needed. Inform life guards when garbage bins need to be change.

Time Check outs RETURN ID & Lanyard 1:00 pm (Sat & Sun) 8:30 pm (Friday) Concession: Tear down (items, warmers, cashier) Gate: Storage wristbands & cashier Meet Marshal: return vest Runner Team Image Timers Hospitality: Clean up tables & food Volunteer Check OUT: Set up in gate with clipboard, collect IDs and check out volunteers. Storage table & chairs. 1:30 pm (Sat & Sun) 9:00pm (Friday)

Final Recommendations Please... – Be on time – Wear white T-shirt, if possible – If any problem or inconvenient, contact Booster Club member – Keep a smile and positive attitude for our visitors.
