Motivation What motivates you? Determine what motivates your employees and put them into jobs that utilize their motivations. What motivates IT staff. Example: Programmers

Project Implementation Understand that people do not like change. ODR example Types of people involved: – Sponsor – Change agent – Target

Implementation Before the project is put into motion it must be accepted. Surveys can be used to understand the obstacles that a project could face.
