Real Estate Research Degree at NUS Objectives To equip students with analytical skills and specialized knowledge for research in a broad area pertaining to city development and real estate markets. To train students to identify research issues, undertake independent research and communicate their research content to various types of audience. To prepare students for challenging academic and industrial careers. DRE offers two graduate research programs: Master of Science (Real Estate & Urban Economics) PhD

PhD program Scholarship for PhD: 4 years Maximum candidacy: 5 years. Coursework and CAP requirements for PhD: Minimum 6 modules level); CAP ≥ 3.5: Qualifying Examination (QE): –Written QE : general and specialized papers –Oral QE : research proposal Thesis Examination
