Transnational Project Meeting Erasmus+ Project Workshop 2. Basics of behaviour codex for students at project meetings (including special national cultural expectations) Listing common behaviour requirements:  Proper clothing and behaviour at school, sports trainers, suits  No drog, no alcohol, no smoking  Afternoon programs: not too late, no invonvenience for families  Fitting in with families, small presents  Extrovert students Special expectations?

Transnational Project Meeting Erasmus+ Project Workshop 2. Criteria of selection of the students  Our solution:  We form an Erasmus team with a core of 20 students (most motivated, would like to improve their English and ICT competencies, would like to travel and host their peers), more students can join (up to 32)  They’ ll work in groups of 4 : five groups – 5 partner countries. The’ll choose a name (a famous person from their partner country). Students above 20 can form a new group or join one.  The team meets every Friday (from 2 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.) with an English and an IT teacher. First they’ll list the facilities they have (at school and their own).  They’ll work out a schedule for each session: in the first few weeks until the first exchange of students they will study different sites – each group will have its session when they present a site, give tasks, etc.

Transnational Project Meeting Erasmus+ Project Workshop 2. Some sites recommended (students’ recommendations are also accepted): Your ideas?

Transnational Project Meeting Erasmus+ Project Workshop 2. Organising students’ participation and activities, competitions. Insurance obligations. Students’exchange: each partner organises one Builds the program on certain topic(s) the given partner has chosen: study the program, working on tasks and exercises, competitions, teach peers at home and more complicated tasks to solve, best solutions rewarded. We have already chosen the teachers (1 English and 1 IT teacher), know the students who want to take part, but haven’t formed the groups yet. How far have you reached?
