Why I Like to Live in America by Jessica

Hi, I’m Jessica, and I will be telling you why I love living in America. Here are my three topics: food and drinks, friends and family, and freedom.

Food and drinks are important because I hate seafood because it makes me gag. I hate bugs so I could not live in China or Japan. Also, I hate to drink tea and coffee. I need some Coke, Dr. Pepper, Sprite, Vanilla Coke, Diet Coke and Root Beer. This is all I can think of, but these things are my reasons for food and drinks.

In China, you are only allowed to have one child. If you have more than one, you have to pay for her or him. If America was like Japan or China, I couldn’t have any rich friends. I couldn’t let them come over or call them.

Last, but not least, Freedom in America is great. But, in other places like Afghanistan, women have to cover their faces and cannot wear makeup. I know my mom would hate it there and I would hate it there. They teach little children how to use a gun, and I hate that.

These are the reasons why I love living in America.
