The Simple Present Tense Example:Uses I live in an apartment. He lives here. They are Americans She is a student. Statements of facts I like my classes. Sara doesn’t like her classes. Opinions I have classes every day. Steve has classes two days a week. Regular events, habits, or routines

The Simple Present Tense Long forms: Short forms I am a student. We are not in the library. He is not here. She is at the college. They do not need anything. Steve does not know anybody.
