Project History RTi tasked with developing replacement software for legacy ICP program. Software being configured for AWIPS OB 8.1 Utilizes Java programming Monthly deliverables to OHD Software Test Plan Documentation ICP Replacement Software distributed to select field offices for testing. OHD Personnel and Contractors (Eric Anderson) NERFC LMRFC WGRFC Field Offices perform testing and supply comments to OHD and RTi. Test Plan Operational Calibration Decks RTi incorporates comments/changes into next release version. Currently testing version 0.7 Nearing final deliverable version

WGRFC Role WGRFC was to begin testing software with version 0.2 Required AWIPS OB7.2 for Java requirements Began testing software with version 0.3 Participated in testing of version 0.3, to 0.7 Versions Testing performed using Test Plan Some limited testing on local calibration decks Version 0.7 Testing exclusively on local calibration decks Provide user comments to RTi/OHD with each version

Advantages More User – friendly Capability to leave windows open Updating of all open windows when MP3 is run Less mouse clicks than legacy program More stable than legacy software
