Challenges l Competition with free services such as Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo l Competition with free IM services such as AOL and MSN l ASP Model – Further research might be appropriate to explore the opportunity to offer new services using an ASP for a profit. l Explore the possibility of offering these services at a membership benefit to help IEEE member retention
