Pranas Mašiotas. The school is named after a Lithuanian honored teacher and children’s literature writer Pranas Mašiotas. Klaipėdos Prano Mašioto Secondary School was established in The school was reorganized into a basic school in Teaching is based on Christian values in order to make moral education the basis of the whole educational process.

Today there are 649 pupils at school. 258 of them learn according to primary education program and 356 of them according to basic education program. The staff includes 60 teachers, social pedagogue, special educator, psychologist and speech therapist.

Primary classes are emphasized on targeted artistic education. There are art, dances, theatre and music classes.

Material base: classrooms, canteen, library, reading room, hall, sports hall, school museum, conference hall, information technology classroom and the laboratories of physics, chemistry and biology.
