Mission Statement A new mission statement was created by the CCM sub-committee. It was reviewed and returned to the Implementation Team for further revision. Board of Education Presentation At the October 2008 meeting, both co-internal coordinators were requested to present and update the board about Schreiber’s Middle States improvement plan. The board was supportive and pleased with the direction of Schreiber’s academic, character, and staff development progress. The Creation of New Action Plans and Activity Steps Based on the Implementation Team’s recommendation and due to the success and completion of the original school-wide plans, an updated plan was formulated.
