My health hero is Bear Grylls

Biography Bear grylls became famous by being the youngest British climber to climb to the peak of Mt. Everest. Bear got married in 2000, with Shara. Bear was born on 7 June 1974, he is currently aged 37. He is the youngest person to become the chief scout of 28 million young scouts. Bear grylls is also an author. Grylls grew up in Donaghadee, Northern Ireland and Bembridge on the Isle of Wight. He has 3 children, called Jesse, Marmaduke, and Huckleberry. He speaks English, Spanish and French,

5 aspects of their life which is healthy. He exercises and goes out exploring a lot. He eats healthily. He still cares about his health and considers dehydration, diseases etc, when he is out surviving. He stays clean. He writes books which is good for his mental health.

He is my health hero because, He is epic at surviving and he is great at writing, he is the youngest British person to climb Everest and he’s pure awesomeness.
