Conclusions  All horribly speculative  One potential source of our understanding of international security.  Perhaps a major source of information on intelligence???  Bond can highlight (or reflect) in the public consciousness important security related issues.  Has responded to the changing security environment since the end of the cold war.  But the solutions to these problems are necessarily simplistic- do they affect our conceptions of foreign policy?
