DEVA Data Management Workshop Devil’s Hole Pupfish Project Projects include many different roles –Principal roles –Ancillary roles –Information customers For small projects, one person may have many different roles For larger projects, many persons may be involved in the project Each project participant needs to understand their roles related to data management for a project Important to review these responsibilities during the start-up of a project (planning and training meetings) Roles and Responsibilities within a Project (Handout 3-1)
