Rules of Art Room Pay attention when teacher is talking. Follow directions. Raise your hand! Be respectful. Be safe. Always stay in your seat. Help clean up!!!

Other Helpful Tips Manners make a huge difference!! Wait patiently for me to help you. Never tap me on the shoulder to get my attention. Ask 3 before me!

Behavior Star Chart Follow rules earn a Earn 6 earn a reward Reward = choosing your seat the 7th class. This reward is sometimes postponed a class or two depending on lesson.

3 Strikes, You’re out!! If the class is not following rules (listening, staying quiet, following directions, etc.) a strike is given. If the class gets three strikes no star is earned.

In the event of unacceptable behavior of an individual… You will be given one warning about your unacceptable behavior. If you misbehave again, your name will be put on the board with a strike beside it. If you receive three strikes~ YOU’RE OUT, of luck! A note will be sent home with you that you will need to get signed by a parent informing them you were misbehaving in class. It needs to be returned by our next class or I will call home and inform them.

Tour of Classroom…. Never enter the supply closet. Never open any drawers or cabinets that you weren’t told to. Pay attention to where things belong. You are responsible for taking care of this art room. Fire Exit Procedures.
