Strategic Advisory GeSCI tailors the strategic advice rendered to the local context to ensure that it is relevant and takes into consideration local conditions, resources and constraints. ICT in Education policies and strategic plans; Deployment or action plans; Institutional and staffing changes; Budgets and resourcing plans; Partnerships forged and the successful deployment of ICTs.
