JOB TITLE ASSISTANT APTITUDE TRAINER JOB TITLE ASSISTANT APTITUDE TRAINER OPEN POSITIONS : 2 ELIGIBILITY: Any graduate (B.E/ B.Tech/MSc will be preferred) DESCRIPTION Trainer should be a passionate young brain with tremendous energy in delivering sessions. He should possess fair spoken and written English along with superior interpersonal skills and ability to engage audience continuously for long hours. His major responsibility is to deliver quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning including speed maths and fundamentals of numerical ability.

JOB TITLE ASSISTANT VERBAL TRAINER JOB TITLE ASSISTANT VERBAL TRAINER OPEN POSITIONS : 1 ELIGIBILITY: Any graduate (B.E/ B.Tech/MSc will be preferred) DESCRIPTION Trainer must possess in depth knowledge of English language. Trainer must be highly passionate towards empowerment of aspirants in rural area. Engaging students for longer duration with constant enthusiasm is appreciated. Major responsibility is to inspire students to learn and apply basics of English, improve Vocabulary, written and spoken English. Teach etiquettes for public speaking, writing, drafting, blogging are additional requirements.

SKILLS Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to learn through observations. Presence of mind in order to respond to real time doubts and queries. Good presentation Skills and creativity. Must be well versed with Ms-Office. Must be willing to learn, understand, teach and train Maths. FUNCTIONS Generating and organizing the content. Developing presentations. Teaching, Training. Organising and solving problems.

REMUNERATION Candidate must join our team as an intern for 6 months to 12 months duration. During the period of internship, the candidate will get a salary of Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 13,000 per month.(To be negotiated in case of strong candidate) Upon completion of internship, we will have cup of tea/coffee to discuss the way ahead.
