Building the strategy together Methodology: Balanced Scorecard in association to other techniques The Strategic Map was designed as a joint effort among federal and state governments and private sector organizations, sponsored by the World Bank. Several highly intensive brainstorming sessions in which heads of key institutions achieved a common definition of the foreign trade long term vision.
