National Centre for problems of healthy lifestyle development

Main goals of the Center Development and realization of healthy lifestyle policy, disease prevention and health promotion of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The Service Network and the Structure of Healthy Lifestyle Development are created in the country. They include : The National Center for Problems of Healthy Lifestyle Development and its Branches, 14 Oblast and 8 city Centers HLD, about Health Promotion Centers (HPC) on rayon level with total number of personnel of over persons.

Educational programs

18 educational program are being implemented in the country, of which the most popular is "Valeology" program that is implemented at: 85% of schools with over 3.5 millions of students; 65% of Universities; 45% of Colleges.

Preventive programs "Primary Healthcare in HL promotion"; " Intestinal Infection, Respiratory Viral Infections, Hepatitis prevention"; "Drug prevention"; "Reproductive health and family planning"; "Sexually transmitted infections and HIV/AIDS prevention;
