Golda Digger is a SUSPECT MOTIVES: – Was one of the last to go to sleep the night before Simon was killed. – She has had reasons to everybody to suspect she has been having an affair with Vios. – She wants to be keep Simon’s will, she seems to have been happily married to Simon considering he was a wealthy business man. – During the interview, she is in a hurry to finish, she also doesn’t seem to remember to many things that happened right before Simon's death, and she is very to the point, not many details.

Half Notes, aka “Bytes” Simon’s Close Friend – Genuinely Concerned for Simon? Musician – Programmer? Business Partner Suspect? – Responsible for Car Accident? Tampered w/brakes

Half Notes is a SUSPECT MOTIVES Bytes dropped his medicine pills in Simon’s room the night before, somehow. He was in fact out of town the day after Simon was killed. From the interview one could say Bytes could have envied Simon for his wealth and talent. The Carnegie Hall flyer might have gotten Bytes upset by making Simon the star, and putting Bytes as just an accompany to Simon- more reasons to be believe he was jealous. In the about the concert to Les, Bytes replies in a very negative tone, like he is not very happy that Simon will be famous again by stating “ never thought he would come back again after the accident”, - he might have arranged the accident. The yearbook page gives the detectives enough evidence to believe that somehow he might have always had a reason to be jealous of Simon’s power, talent, and popularity.

Lyan Vios Simon’s Accountant Business Partner Suspect? – Affair with Ano’s Wife, Golda?

Vios is a SUSPECT MOTIVES: – Was the last one to leave the house night before Simon was killed. – During the interview he is not comfortable when they ask him questions about Golda, seems to get offended and gives the detective a reason to believe he might be guilty. – Handling Simon’s money might have given him a reason to want him dead knowing how much money Golda would keep with his will. – Vios might have planned his death to keep the money AND Golda. – Might have tried to keep the whole music company. – No one saw him leaving at night, and adds himself to the suspect list during the interview.

Ima Bimbeaux Simon’s Private Nurse Suspect? – Left cell in room? – Incompetent Nursing Care?

Ima is a SUSPECT MOTIVES: – She has had trouble with equipment before, and it seems to have perfectly fine a week before he died. – Her cell phone was in his room the morning he was found dead but she cant explain that in the interview, she might have just dropped it there. – She had a message from Techno on her cell phone about a phone game they play since college. – She was the first to find Simon dead.

Techno G Eek, Baclofen Pump Technician Ima’s Long-time Friend – AKA “HoneyBear” to Ima Bim Suspect? – Incompetent Equipment Calibration/Service? Cautionary Website, malfunctions or dosage mishaps can lead to death – Sent Cell Message to Remotely Change Programming to Pump?

Techno G Eek is a SUSPECT MOTIVES: – He is the one who checks the equipment for Simon on a regular basis. – Sent Ima a message the night before he died. – He was out of town the whole week last week. – Can’t give to much information in interview to contribute to the Bacoflen pump failure. – Doesn’t know too much information, or doesn’t want to say.
