Rough, rough sketches -for the first two paragraphs of the third copy

Others had always been bigger. They had everything, and they knew it. -President shaking hands with a superhero - shows how high up the superhero is -Crowds of people around -Point of view? Above… from the crowd… front on… side on..

I dreamed that one day I’d stand out and be different, -The outsides all blurry and cloudy -To represent the dream -The world around the character is grey, blurring, busy -Character is proud and bright, smiling -consistency, use the same idea in the “street” sketch

but I knew that would never happen to me -Crowd of people around the super hero.. Security guards. - have the main character across the street, alone, looking depressed, insecure as he watches the superhero get all the attention.

I just watched everyone else get their time in the spotlight -The scene is grey except for a spotlight shining down on the superhero. -The main character is watching the superhero -Medium?? Greylead or grey pencils.. Paint with grey scale, collage.

All the while, I was the one behind the scenes who made them look good. I worked so hard and barely got anything in return -The reel of writing actually takes up a lot more of the page -Give the impression of busyness, untidiness -Include little things, like box of lycra, to show he works with superheroes

Then people started noticing, -Consistency: the same street that the superhero was on when the crowd was around him - the crowd is angry, throwing stuff, holding newspapers, bills etc.

but not for the reasons I wanted them to Something went wrong -“something went wrong” -Have a spread of square’s of different scenarios where things happen to the superheroes including their costumes - as many squares as possible, the create a larger effect.

and everyone blamed me, I was getting all the attention -this is a dodgy sketch, because I can’t work out how I would draw this one yet.. basically, have people crowding him -Questioning -complaining -lights -flashes The main character is trying to move away

It was like I always dreamed but everything was upside down. No one would leave me alone -A pile of newspapers with the main character on the main page -Have them messy to show how chaotic the situation is. -either that, or have a boy trying to sell those newspapers, make the content of the newspapers clear
