When would you use it? To talk about wearing things, in general: In the winter, I wear a jacket. En hiver, je porte un anorak. To school, I wear shoes. A l’école, je porte les chaussures. There are boys who wear shorts when it snows! Il y a des garçons qui portent un short quand il neige.
