Sweden has in the last 30 years reduced it’s oil dependency by 90 % for heating and electricity. Not surprisingly it has become the world leader in the field of energy savings. The purpose of this summit is to introduce proven technologies, competences and experiences in the business of ways to save energy. The target is representatives of communities, city planners, developers, real estate companies and construction companies. The participants will be informed of the various available technologies, hear presentations of specialists in the field, see existing examples, like the world’s most energy efficient glass building. Selected potential suppliers and partners will exhibit their products and conduct work shop sessions. An engineering team will assist in reviewing specific projects. This Summit will be followed up by a European Match-Making tour to several World Trade Centers 2
