Word Processing Software Word Processing Software- is used to create and revise written documents.
Desktop Publishing Desktop Publishing- the process of writing and designing high quality publications with the use of personal computers. Graphics Software- a computer program that prepares charts, graphs, and other visual elements.
Database Software Data Base- an organized collection of information with the pieces of information related to one another in some way or another. Database Software- processes a database.
Spreadsheet Software Spreadsheet software- a computer program that formats data in columns and rows in order to do calculations. Integrated software- a computer program capable of doing more than one basic function.
