 ALWAYS ACT RESPONSIBLY.  MOST ACCIDENTS HAPPEN WHEN STUDENTS MISBEHAVE.

 DON’T DO ANYTHING UNTIL THE TEACHER TELLS YOU TO, AND WHILE S/HE IS PRESENT.

 FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY.  ASK IF YOU NEED HELP.

 NO EATING, DRINKING, SMOKING, OR APPLYING MAKE-UP.

 ALWAYS WEAR SAFETY EQUIPMENT WHEN INSTRUCTED TO DO SO.

 KNOW WHERE THE EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT IS LOCATED.  TELL YOUR TEACHER IF SOMETHING BAD HAPPENS.

 LISTEN FOR INSTRUCTIONS DURING EMERGENCIES.

 NEVER GO BAREFOOT IN A SCIENCE ROOM.

 NEVER TASTE SOMETHING DURING AN EXPERIMENT.

 DON’T DIRECTLY SMELL SOMETHING DURING AN EXPERIMENT.

 BE CAREFUL WHEN WORKING WITH GLASS.

 BE CAREFUL WITH SHARP OBJECTS.

 BE CAREFUL WHEN USING HEAT SOURCES.

 DO NOT EVER ENTER A PREP ROOM OR STORAGE ROOM.  DO NOT EVER TAKE ANYTHING FROM A SCIENCE EXPERIMENT.

 CLEAN UP AFTER ALL EXPERIMENTS.  WASH YOUR HANDS.
