THE ELLIOTT HEADQUARTERS AND FESTIVAL DIRECTOR WILL UNDERTAKE TO: 1.DESIGN THE PROGRAMME 2.DESIGN THE MAP FOR THE FESTIVAL ROUTE 3.DESIGN THE POSTERS FOR THE VENUES AND ADVERTISING IN THE TOWN AND OTHER AREAS 4.PUTTING UP OF THE POSTERS IN AND AROUND THE TOWN 5.ORGANISING THE OFFICIAL OPENING OF THE FESTIVAL 6.FINANCIAL CONTROL AND AUDIT
