It is a vast storehouse of information that - with the right algorithms and filters – can be turned into actionable insight. Nowhere is big data more valuable than in human resources and talent management. It is often said that employees are an organization’s most valuable assets. Therefore, organizations are wise to leverage all the data available to them in order to make smart decisions about talent management. This panel will address how to deal with how federal agencies are using big data to deal with human capital challenges in addition to how the process of analytics will evolve over the next year. What are the strategic areas where analytics could prove beneficial in federal workforce analytics? Come hear and participate in a discussion of the answer. Session Participants Moderator: Johan Bos-Beijer, Director Business Operations and Analytics Division, U.S. General Services Administration Mr. Johan Bos-Beijer is the Director of Strategic Solutions and Senior Advisor at GSA and has over 36 years of management experience equally divided between the public and private sectors.
