Presentation transcript:

Ridgefield Baseball Program The Ridgefield baseball program has three teams, Freshman, JV, and Varsity. There are around 16 players per team and the tryouts are very competitive. The Freshman and JV teams play around 13 to 16 games but there are no playoffs, while the Varsity team has FCIAC’s and states. All the Ridgefield teams must help out with the Holland division, and many other community service activities. We also help out with the little league opening day ceremony and many of the players help ump some of the games. The Ridgefield baseball program is a lot of fun and is also very serious. Presented By Jack Boscia Project 8, Getting involved in your school 5/23/11

Why join the Ridgefield Baseball Program? You should join the Ridgefield baseball team because it gives you a chance to improve your skills as a baseball player and a chance to play varsity when they want you to. Also you take part in many community service activities that are always good to do and look good for college. Another reason why is because baseball is a very fun sport and you will enjoy it very much if you put your time into it.

What Ridgefield Baseball is all about It is a competitive to show your talents to everyone, also to play baseball and enjoy doing it. You would enjoy it because you play a good amount of games and most of the teams are competitive, also there many other activities the team does outside of baseball like barbeques, team banquets. It is also a great way to meet new people and make friends.
