Champions Class

Concept Executive level (C-Suite, SES level) professional development Enhance participant’s existing executive competencies Emphasize Government-Industry Collaboration as with other ACT- IAC PD programs Mentoring and reverse mentoring with Voyagers class (the classes will run concurrently) Small group, approximately 12 participants, half Fed, half Industry Local monthly meetings/classes Focus on executive coaching and skill enhancement (how to speak to Congress, how to speak to the press) Integrate with Academy curriculum; potential for participants to also teach Academy courses

Support Leadership options: Two Chairs or Two Chairs and Two Vice- Chairs Requirement for ½ FTE PD staff member from ACT-IAC (Potentially could assists with Academy integration as well) Meetings are after hours or weekends No offsites (or one ending offsite to bring the whole group together?) Cost – Suggest $10K for Industry and $7500 for Government We will need to contract with an Executive Coach for individual attention. Assume approx 3 hours per participant over the year (Maybe 1 hour every three months)
