Focus Area 1 - Instruction Held quarterly Vertical Cluster meetings and Regional Supervisor meetings Shared Best Practice lessons at steering committee meetings, grade level meetings, district math meetings, and Principals meetings Conducted Lesson Studies (Grade 7) –Created a 45 Day plan to address additional concerns
Focus Area 1 - Continued Developed additional Technology Enhanced Items Implemented Guided Math groups (Elementary, Middle) Expanded flexible grouping practices –Includes support from elective teachers
Focus Area 2 – Professional Development Provided by central support staff, Academic Coaches, Job Coaches - specific to identified needs Differentiated Instruction Job embedded – coaching Analyzing Student Performance data - state and local GeoSketch Pads (high school)
